- Translate documents, emails, reports, instructions, notices, and other business materials between Chinese and English.
- Facilitate effective communication between Chinese management/staff and English-speaking employees.
- Provide on-site interpretation during industrial operations, inspections, meetings, and technical discussions.
- Ensure translations are accurate and maintain the intended meaning and context.
- Assist with communication between different departments and teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Support management with translation and communication-related tasks as required.
- Male candidate preferred/required due to the nature of the work and the industrial site environment.
- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent fluency in both Chinese and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to accurately interpret conversations in real time.
- Comfortable working in an industrial/site environment.
- Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or similar environment will be an advantage.
- Good computer skills, particularly MS Office.
- Professional, reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively with multicultural teams.
- Candidates already in the UAE and available for immediate joining are preferred.
