Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction and site activities.
- Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate construction personnel, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Review, modify, and update engineering and construction drawings as required.
- Coordinate with Ras Al Khaimah Municipality and RAKEZ for approvals, inspections, submissions, and other project-related requirements.
- Maintain effective relationships with relevant government authorities and ensure timely follow-up on approvals and permits.
- Oversee project drawings, revisions, documentation, and technical coordination.
- Assist in preparing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets and construction costs.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve technical and construction-related problems.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection records, progress updates, and other required documentation.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in civil construction/site engineering.
- Experience in Ras Al Khaimah is highly preferred.
- Proven experience dealing with RAKEZ and Ras Al Khaimah Municipality.
- Proficient in drawing modification and coordination.
- Strong understanding of construction supervision, site inspection, and project documentation.
- Experience in project budgeting and cost monitoring.
- Strong government relations and ability to coordinate effectively with government authorities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site personnel and coordinate multiple project activities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
